About Lily Song
Lily has 30 years working experiences in developing and executing human capital & organization management initiatives and specializes in the medical devices and Petro-chemical industries.
She started her career in Johnson & Johnson Medical China where she developed her HR expertise in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management. After 15 years in Johnson & Johnson, she joined British Petroleum China in 2010 and then Biosensors International in 2014 where she took on various HR leadership roles.
She was head of Asia Pacific HR for Biosensors and as a global SMT member, was responsible to develop & execute the overall HR strategies and support the company’s re-listing. Subsequently as a start-up member of Genesis Medtech Group, she participated and successfully managed various Due Diligence and Merger & Acquisition activities.
Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in multinational, China local company, JV as well as start-up companies. She has also led her team through extensive HR transformation, Change Management, performance management & reward programs.
Lily received her Bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Engineering Science majoring in Metal Materials. She also received her Master Diploma in Internal Public Relations and Master Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Hong Kong SPACE.
