Throughout his career, Kumar has held senior leadership roles across global consulting and financial services organizations, including Willis Towers Watson, TCS, Credit Suisse, and most recently within a private equity-backed global corporate services firm. He brings over 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy, finance, people transformation, and technology enablement.

​Kumar has worked extensively with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and private equity sponsors on complex transformation and value creation mandates. His work has focused on strengthening operating models, enhancing governance frameworks, improving cost-to-serve efficiency, and aligning workforce strategy with enterprise performance objectives across multi-country environments.
