About Claire Towlson

Claire has been an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) for over 30 years. As a highly experienced senior HR professional, she has worked across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, retail, finance, healthcare, and professional services.

In her role as HR Director, Claire has successfully led and developed HR teams across the UK, Europe, and South East Asia, bringing strong strategic oversight, cultural awareness, and operational excellence to complex, multi-country environments.

Throughout her career, Claire has partnered with and supported senior stakeholders on key initiatives such as organisational design, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, leadership and management development, employee relations, downsizing programmes, and HR process and policy design.

Claire brings a strong strategic and operational focus, consistently enhancing, building, and delivering HR solutions that support and realise business objectives.
