Priya Ranjan is a seasoned Global HR Executive and CHRO with over 34 years of multi-country leadership experience spanning India, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He has successfully led HR transformation journeys for Fortune 500 companies, family-owned enterprises, and startups across industries including retail, financial services, FMCG, technology, and manufacturing. Known for his strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business outcomes, Priya has deep expertise in organization design, change management, and leadership development, and is widely recognized for solving complex business problems with pragmatic solutions.

​At the helm of the HR function since the past 27 years, he brings a strong capability in anticipating business challenges and applying scenario planning to future-proof organizations, while also leveraging shared service, HR technology and analytics to drive data-based decision-making. His global experience includes managing large multicultural teams, guiding HR integration during mergers and advising Boards and CEOs on talent strategy and workforce planning. A firm believer in authentic leadership and collaborative problem solving, Priya has a proven record of building high-performance cultures, boosting employee engagement, and creating future-ready leadership pipeline.

Today, he partners with startups, entrepreneurs, and growth-focused organizations as a consultant and advisor, helping them unlock value through people, culture, and capability, while mentoring next-generation HR leaders.

​He has been based in India, Singapore, Paris and Dubai and now spends time between Dubai and Bangalore.
