About Tim Hargreaves
Tim has built and led HR teams globally and managed people projects in several major sectors, including investment banking, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate services and fund administration. He also worked as a management consultant for 12 years, focusing on “human factors” in change management solutions related to business process redesign and transformation. His experience includes working at the main board level, collaborating with remuneration committees and non-executive director groups, and addressing all aspects of human capital management. This encompasses everything from developing and leading people strategies to designing and implementing practical solutions that foster organizational growth.
Known for his practical and down-to-earth style, Tim is passionate about ensuring organizations treat their employees fairly, while also encouraging employees to contribute value back to the organization—what he refers to as the psychological contract. He has extensive experience collaborating with individuals at all levels and excels at advising and helping others maximize their talents and ambitions as they advance in their careers.
